Susie Shapiro Design is dedicated to building timeless and curated interiors that are reminiscent of Maine’s picturesque and stunning coastline.

Originally from the coast of Maine, with an Art History and Art Administration degree, design runs deep in her lineage. She was influenced by her travels throughout her childhood to Palm Beach, FL to visit her grandparents, whom each spent their lives in the design world- fashion and interiors. Struck by the glamour, she finds herself reveling in the small touches that truly define one’s space- find a striking balance between the vintage and the pristine; enveloping comfort and beauty in its simplest form; and hues and shades that bring harmony, peace and subtle inspiration.

Susie takes pride in sourcing and selecting antiques and artwork, while supporting sustainably minded local craftsmen and artisans.
